Yes. Register with your work email and we'll send you the Zoom link.

Will it be recorded?

Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording by email after the session, so register even if you can't make it live. The questions at the end stay off the recording.

When is it in my time zone?

Who is it for?

Talent acquisition and security leaders at North American companies with a lot of applicants, especially for remote roles.

What is a proxy interview?

A proxy interview is when someone other than the applicant sits the interview for them. In candidate fraud operations, proxies interview for stolen or borrowed identities, sometimes behind a deepfake face. Some proxies are real people with real work histories who are paid to pass the interview and take the job, then hand the work to someone else.
